The
Delhi-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express is considered special because it is India's
first semi-high speed train with a speed of 160 km/hr. It was launched in
February 2019 as part of the Indian government's initiative to modernize the
country's railway network and improve connectivity between cities.
The train is
equipped with several modern amenities such as GPS-based passenger information
system, on-board Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and modular toilets. It also

tourist destinations in India. The journey time has been reduced by around two
hours compared to the previous fastest train on this route.
